We do not accept general applications or distribute CVs speculatively. Engagement starts when we identify relevance to a specific mandate, and you choose to engage.

What should I share initially?

High-level is enough: current seat, target direction, constraints, and timing. If it is sensitive, keep it broad until a secure channel is agreed.
